Check under each of the options by right-clicking and selecting “ Properties“. Expand the “ Network adapters” section. These steps are the same as Fix 2, only you’re checking under “Network adapters”. 
Uncheck the “ Allow this device to wake the computer” box, then select “ OK“. 
Right-click on the mouse you are using, then choose “ Properties“. Expand the “ Mice and other pointing devices” section. Select the “ Start” button, then type “ device“. Try these steps to prevent the mouse from waking your machine. If you have a sensitive mouse, any vibration near your PC could be keeping your machine awake. If you’re feeling lazy, just hit the “ Restore plan defaults” button and that should toggle all items to where sleeping is allowed in Windows 10. I had to set this to “ Allow the computer to sleep“. In my case, the setting under “ Multimedia settings” > “ When sharing media” was set to “ Prevent idling to sleep“. On the “ Power Options” screen, you want to expand each setting and ensure that they allow the computer to go to sleep mode. Select “ Change advanced power settings“. Select “ Change Plan Settings” next to the option that you have selected. Select “ Additional power settings” in the right pane. Ensure the “ Sleep” setting is set to a desired value. Select the “ Start” button, then select “ Settings” (gear icon). For those apps, remember that you have options. But not all apps are created equal, and you may have one or two that you don't want to wind up on standby. 
The Android developers have done a great job of extending battery life with the standby mode feature.
You should see your battery return to its once-outstanding life. Your app is back on the list and will be placed on standby.
Locate and tap the app you want to add back to the list. If you find a removed app is causing your battery to drain too fast, you can always add it back to the app standby mode list. Removing Messenger from app standby mode.
